Dear Guests,

Like every family Kabataş Erkek Lisesi Model United Nations Club has a story to tell. Although this family is too young and still grows, it is the biggest and one of the most prestigious clubs in Kabataş High School. The dreams to build up a club, which has the standarts for every member to carry interest in politics, diplomacy and speaking high level of English, have come true with the endeavors of the founders; Nadir Aktan, Kerem Özal Portakal, Merter Zorkirişçi and Seçil Bilgiç in 2010.

Although at the first meeting of the club there were only 17 seats and great amount of inexperience; coming to today by seeing 50 seats and having numerous MUN experiences promoted with the awards from national and international conferences; it is a necessity to thank all of the previous presidents and vice presidents; Seçil Bilgiç and Kerem Özal Portakal (2010), Zeynep Ceren Topaç and Tilbe Kasap (2011), Utku Turkan and Deniz Altuner (2012), for all of the efforts they have spent on the development of the club. Till today the members of this distinguished club have attended to the conferences in different roles such as delegates, administrative staff, Press Team members, Committee Directors and those members started to use their experience as bricks to build up KMUN 2013 and proved what they could do in their first try.

By keeping in mind that the main goal of the club is self-developing for every member, KELMUNC has big plans for this year with the leadership of Arda Helvacılar and Ozan Bingöl. Reminding the success of the members in every conference they attend, next term club targets more than what have been accomplished till today in order to reflect every bit of experience to KMUN 2014.
